Book an Appointment
Schedule your appointment online at a time that suits you. Please submit relevant blood work and your completed medical history form at least 48 hours in advance of your initial consultation – both can be done easily via your patient portal.

Initial Video Consultation
Your doctor will review your symptoms and laboratory results and discuss treatment options with you in detail. Where appropriate, prescribed medications can be delivered directly to you at home.

Follow-Up Care
Your treatment will be reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed. Your patient portal will keep you up-to-date and connected with your doctor between appointments.
Important Information
When Treatment is Not Possible.
Online consultations are perfectly suitable for the vast majority of our patients. In certain cases, however, an in-person doctor’s visit may become medically necessary, for example when a physical examination is medically indicated or when additional diagnostics (such as an ultrasound scan or mammography exam) are required. Where this applies, your doctor will advise you accordingly during your consultation and provide you with a corresponding referral recommendation.

We offer consultations in English, German, Italian and Russian. Simply select your preferred language when booking.
Fees may vary depending on the type and length of your appointment. You will receive a full and transparent cost breakdown before confirming your booking. All services are billed in accordance with the German Medical Fee Schedule.
Our services are private medical care. While state or public health insurance policies generally do not cover our consultations, we recommend checking with your provider, as individual policies may vary. For patients insured in Germany, a GOÄ-compliant invoice is available upon request.
Yes, each separate appointment is invoiced individually — whether it is your first consultation, a regular follow-up appointment or a brief check-in.
Yes. If you feel your therapy isn't optimally adjusted, or you simply want peace of mind, we offer a second medical opinion on external treatment. Your doctor will carefully analyze your current treatment and point out where adjustments might be needed. Second opinion appointments are bookable directly through our booking portal.
